Key Responsibilities:Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks, includes building dashboards, reports and models to support cards product decisions and improvement of cards lifecycle. SQL Proficiency: Utilize advanced SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various internal and external sources (e.g., transaction data, customer behavior, portfolio performance, fraud patterns). Examples: Write complex queries for data aggregation, user segmentation, A/B test analysis, and performance tracking (e.g., using JOINs, GROUP BY, WHERE clauses, subqueries, CTEs, Window Functions).*
VBA Automation & Tool Development: Design, develop, and maintain VBA macros and automated tools within Microsoft Excel and other Office applications to streamline product reporting, financial modeling, data validation, and operational processes. Examples: Create automated dashboards, build dynamic financial models, automate report generation, develop custom data manipulation tools, and enhance existing Excel-based analytical frameworks.*
Collaborate with other product managers and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into clear analytical requirements and actionable insights.
Job RequirementMalaysian citizen Candidate must possess a University Degree in any field 5 years and above work experience with a minimum of 3 years work experience in data analytics Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into strategic recommendations.
