Primary functions

Reporting to the Operation Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the quality functions for the entire manufacturing operations.
To plan, coordinate and monitor the QC activities to achieve product quality.
To asses and recommend investment on inspection equipment to improve effectiveness and efficiency of QC procedures.
Establish Quality Management Systems (QMS) and SOPs for qualifications of raw material suppliers and manufacturers.
Plans and manage the auditing and qualification of collaboration partners.
To lead continual improvement activities

Duties & Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) holder or equivalent.
Minimum with 5 years working experience in quality department in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of SPC & FMEA tools and familiar and able to use 8D approach for CAR.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 will be an added advantage.
Resourceful & able to work independently.
Good planning, organizing and controlling skills.
Microsoft Office and email.
A team worker.
High integrity and commitment.
