Job Description

a. To be responsible for checking, implementing and filing of production reports.
b. To supervise and arrange manpower usage and overtime in production.
c. To ensure cleanliness of production floor, rooms and machinery according to GMP requirements.
d. Responsible for repairing of machinery minor breakdown, schedule maintenance and machinery part purchase.
e. Advice maintenance personal to rectify the electrical or any facilities fault or malfunction.
f. To monitor and ensure production run according to production schedule.
g. To train operator on machinery operating, cleaning and maintenance.
h. To rectify production issue, discuss with related personnel and solve the issue.
i. Report any issues and failure to the Superior.
j. Enforce GMP\xe2\x80\x99s practices in the production area.
k. Liaise with Material Planner for Packaging Material and Raw Material with R&D and QA/QC for process and product quality.
l. To assist superior in performing other duties as instructed and which may arise from time to time.
