Job Description
\xc2\xb7 Review of tender documents to identity exact requirements and identity potential issues i.e. contractual requirements that are too onerous. \xc2\xb7 Provide a detailed \xe2\x80\x9cTake Off\xe2\x80\x9d and Bill of Quantities, if and when required. \xc2\xb7 Create Bill of Quantities for Design and Build tenders. \xc2\xb7 Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the projects \xc2\xb7 Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation \xc2\xb7 Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections \xc2\xb7 Procure/agree the services of contractors/subcontractors who work on the construction of the project \xc2\xb7 Measure and value the work done on site and prepare progress report. \xc2\xb7 Able to call quotation, cost comparison & analysis, and work out the budget \xc2\xb7 Able to hands-on experience on site works and project management \xc2\xb7 Ensure that project activities are completed within timeframe and planned budget \xc2\xb7 Liaise with regulatory authorities, client, consultants, subcon (inclusive foreign worker) and any site issues
