.Job Responsibilities:
Ensure subordinates carry out QC activities as per established procedures. Ensure inspection plans & method as specified in inspection checklist are carried out accordingly. Monitor quality trends & make improvements plan for implementations. Liaise with internal related personnel & customer on all quality issue. Organize, upgrading and motivate team towards quality objective. * Participate in new project, high failure rate in line & experimentation and evaluation when needed to improve product quality.
