Job description 1.Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and supplier. 2.Sourcing and purchase items required in tender, monitor project costing and isuue purchase order 3.Monitoring on delivery of goods purchased as per date required to meet the timeline of the projects 4.Monitoring projects progress claims, variation order, omission works and meet the projects handover date 5.Work closely with design team 6.Ensure proper filing of purchasing documentation records from start to end of each projects 7.Knowledge in preparing cost proposals for new projects 8.Knowledge in Interior Design industry or similiar with interior decoration work is an added value 9.Prepare quotation and prepare tender documents are an added advantage 10.Knowledge in M&E works is an added value
Ruang is a collaborative, interdisciplinary studio involving in interior architecture, visual arts and the graphical arts altogether. The team is primarily involved in thematically driven experimental work that takes the form of design commission, architectural design, interior architecture, temporary and permanent installations and site-specific exhibitions, electronic media, graphic designs and print. So far, with the experiences that they possess, the team is highly equipped with strong theoretical and practical design approach and dramatic interpretation. The team believe that design should evolve within the consideration of space dialogue, regional aspect and environmental impact.
