The assistant supervisor cum housekeeping coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily Operation of the housekeeping department. This includes coordinating room assignments, handling guest request, maid assignment, room project, lost and found record, inventory, items ordering for department, room checking on the floor during heavy back to back. And also to ensuring smooth Communication between housekeeping, front office, and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordination Duties :
*Maintain daily housekeeping records and update room status in Property Management System (PMS).
*Coordinate closely with the front office regarding room availability, guest request and special instruction.
*Handle incoming call, log guest request and dispatch tasks to room attendants and housemen.
*Manage lost and found procedures, record maintenance issues. And follow up with relevant department.
*Prepare daily report, such as room discrepancy, status report, and housekeeping attendance.
*Assist in ordering and inventory control of housekeeping supplies and linen.
2. Assistant Supervisor Duties
To assist supervisor when heavy check out and back to back, to cover supervisor shift during on leave or MC.
*To inspect the room ,public area and to maintain the standard cleanliness.
*Conduct daily briefing, train and guides housekeeping staff on cleaning standards, safe and guest service, support Supervisor Housekeeping on managing roster, schedule and staff performance.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
