Track and report A&T OEE KPI & performances, CapEx related project management update and asset utilization.
Analyze sites/factories\' OEE losses. Work closely with technical SMEs/departments (include TSMM and ASY UG) with solution and improvement plan.
Manage A&T asset divestment plan and execution.
Collaborate with IT for implementing utilization dashboard monitoring system and system enhancement of existing tools.
Establish a tracking and monitoring system and spare guideline for handler, probe card, load board and change kit.
Establish industrial benchmarking on handler utilization

Qualifications

BSc or greater in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related subject
Good communication in both writing & verbal and proven problem-solving skills with the ability to interface directly and provide strategic advice with solutions to management team
Good analytical skills
Good in project planning, coordination and execution
