As Assembly and Test Supply Manager supporting System Integration Group Business Functions (SIG) at Micron Technology, you will be responsible thorough analyzing and defining material parameters (lead time, safety stock, buffer stock, capacity readiness, raw material readiness, etc). You will optimize inventory and Weeks of Supply to meet demand service levels. As the key point of contact for supply execution, you will publish material forecasts to suppliers, handles supplier commitments and owns supply shortage resolution. You drive material fungibility across the network and handles supplier or product end of life processes to ensure successful changeover of material. A Supply Manager prepares and presents forecasts, capacity and material metrics in commercial supplier meetings and ensures capacity requirements are secured, aligning with the supply and inventory strategy to ensure material availability for Micron\'s global manufacturing locations. Key Responsibilities, but not limited to: Material Management and Supply Planning Develop and ensure demand service level and safety stock attainment are met. Build and develop materials-specific supply execution strategy and review accordingly to drive capacity readiness and resolution. Perform demand-supply insight analysis to plan and forecast total material requirement and ensure optimal inventory positions. Handle critical issue process and lead the resolution of supply constraints. Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnering Partner with cross-functional team such as Category Procurement, Compliance Team, to design and implement new and incumbent supplier compliance assessments across business functions and geographic areas . and recommend effective controls based on those assessments. Facilitate WOS review with partners. Ensuring Supply Assurance for Subcontractors Drive supplier accountability. A suitable candidate will possess belo w qualifications & skills, Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain , Engineering, or a related field Minimum 6 years of supply chain r elated experience Knowledgeable of procurement processes and systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, source-to-pay processes) preferred Proficiency in O365, Sharepoint , Tableau, Power BI will be an added advantage. Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Experience with semiconductor manufacturing in Asia or other non-US locations is desirable but not a must . Validated experience working in a matrixed, global organization.
