KPI for Part-Time Audio Engineer (Royalty-Free Music Creation)

1. Quality & Originality

Target: Maintain a 90% approval rate for all submitted playlists, ensuring they meet internal quality standards -- clarity, mixing, mastering, originality, and adherence to briefs. Measurement: Based on internal review and feedback reports.
2. Timeliness of Delivery

Target: Complete and submit all assigned playlists within the agreed timeline (typically 4-6 days). Measurement: Any client-requested revisions must be submitted within 2 days of feedback.
3. Technical Consistency

Target: Ensure all audio files comply with the required technical specifications (bitrate, sample rate, file format, mastering levels, and brief requirements). Measurement: Maintain zero rejections due to technical or brief non-compliance.
4. Collaboration & Communication

Target: Respond promptly to all feedback, updates, or revision requests within 12 hours.
5. Terms & Conditions

The music library and materials used for playlist creation are strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

Pay: RM80.00 per day
