Overview

We are looking for a resourceful and technically competent

AV Engineer

to handle the programming and deployment of AV/IT systems according to project needs. The role requires close coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and high-quality system outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Configure, program, and integrate AV, IT, DMX Lighting, and ELV solutions. Carry out system testing, verification, and integration checks to ensure proper functionality. Perform on-site commissioning and ensure all systems comply with performance and quality standards. Operate, service, and troubleshoot AV, projection, lighting, and conferencing equipment. Provide technical advice and support to users and project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Define field testing procedures and implement quality-control measures. Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management when necessary.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Audio Engineering, IT, or a related discipline. At least 1 year of experience in the Pro AV or ELV field. Strong practical skills in troubleshooting and system setup. Knowledge of AVoIP standards (NDI, Dante, IPMX) will be an advantage. Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision. Able to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
