Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet applications.
Professional phone etiquette and a strong customer service orientation.
Fluency in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Melayu.
Responsibilities:
Conduct post-sales follow-up calls to collect payments and required documents from clients after audits. Update the CRM system with status information.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address client inquiries and resolve issues.
Prepare daily and monthly activity reports.
Assist the Technical Team in assigning audit dates, times, and managing documentation processes.
Coordinate with the Technical Team to support daily planning.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to build rapport and convey information effectively.
Follow up on potential incoming leads and engage in tele-calling or direct customer interaction.
Close sales efficiently and achieve assigned targets.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Proactively identify sales opportunities and improve conversion rates.
