Job Description

We are seeking for motivated Audit and Tax Associate to join our team. As an Audit and Tax Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of audit engagements and performing tax computations based on annual audited financials for a diverse range of clients. You will be expected to work closely with seniors and management to ensure all engagements are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Diploma in accounting or related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Assist in planning and executing audits of financial statements in accordance with auditing standards and firm policies.
• Prepare financial statements, audit reports, and other documentation in accordance with applicable standards and guidelines.
• Analyze and evaluate clients\' financial data, internal controls, and accounting policies and procedures.
• Identify and communicate internal control weaknesses, compliance issues, and other matters that may affect the client\'s financial reporting.
• Perform tax computations and prepare tax returns based on annual audited financials.
• Work closely with the management team (accountants) to ensure engagements are completed within the required timeframe.
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, tax laws and regulations, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the firm\'s training and development programs to enhance technical and professional skills.
