Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Audit Assistant at Kang & Cheah Chartered Accountants located in Ipoh. The Audit Assistant will be responsible for performing financial audits, analyzing financial statements, and preparing audit reports. The role involves working closely with the audit team, participating in fieldwork, gathering and analyzing data, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations. Qualifications Work description: . Perform audit & investigation in each of client\'saccounts. . Prepare paper works and audit. . Collect and analyze financial data of client\'s documents. . Deal with clients for the outstanding documents. . Communicate with tax & secretary department regarding the clients\' details on tax payment and resolutions. . Prepare letter of request bank confirmation. . Audit and verify the stocks at the client\'s companies. Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include: Professional certification such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) Experience in using auditing software Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team
