Offer description

• Candidate must possess the relevant accounting qualification or currently pursuing professional accounting examination.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Applicants must be able to work independently with minimum supervision, possess good analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Applicants must be computer literate (MYOB, MS Excel, Word), proactive, resourceful, innovative, meticulous, have good interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Applicants must possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation.
• Prior experience in audit field will be an added advantage (experienced candidate may be considered for audit semi-senior or senior).
• Fresh Undergraduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

• Assist in statutory audit assignments.
• Assist in formulating audit methodologies and processes that govern the conduct of audits including audit techniques to be applied.
• Assist in the preparation of audit reports and presentations on audit findings and recommendations.
• Assist in the preparation of proper documentation, work papers, preparation of report and conducting appropriate follow-up actions.
• Assist in developing the Audit Plan based on appropriate risk-based methodology and conducting detailed planning for proposed audit areas including preparation of audit programs.
• To perform accounting work using computerised accounting system for SME companies.
• Assist in closing of accounts and preparing related schedules and notes to accounts.

• Minimum education level: Bachelor\xc2\xb4s Degree
