Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation principles.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to work full-time at the Petaling Jaya office location.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate the accuracy of accounting systems, procedures and records
• Review, develop and recommend changes in accounting systems and controls
• Check and inspect the accuracy of accounts receivable and payable ledgers
• Create and manage budgets, balance sheets and other related financial statements
• Performing accounting function and data entries using accounting software
• Identify and evaluate procedures and policies in tax reporting processes
• Prepare audit paperwork in accordance with standards and requirements
• Perform tax computation and filing using Superior Tax Software
• To prepare and/or oversee the preparation of tax-related assignments with tight deadlines
