Requirements
Possess a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Audit Planning, Financial Statement Analysis, and Risk Assessment.
Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Ability to prepare clear and concise Audit Reports.
Familiarity with Auditing Standards and Compliance requirements.
Knowledge of Financial Accounting principles and practices.
Experience or coursework in Auditing, Risk Management, and Internal Controls.
Skills in Data Analysis to support audit findings.
Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Willingness to work full-time at the onsite location in Lorong Selamat 69, George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing audit engagements under the supervision of senior auditors, ensuring adherence to auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
Perform detailed testing of internal controls to assess their effectiveness in mitigating financial and operational risks.
Conduct financial statement analysis, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to identify potential areas of concern and ensure accuracy.
Gather and analyze data using various techniques to support audit findings and recommendations.
Prepare clear, concise, and well-supported audit documentation, including work papers, findings, and recommendations.
Assist in the preparation of audit reports, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and comply with GAAP and other relevant standards.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management in a professional and effective manner.
Stay up-to-date on changes in auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.
