Job Description

Job Title: Audit Manager :

• Independently manage a portfolio of audit clients and leading a team to provide a high level of service to the clients.
• Managing the audit team and ensure that all audit assignments are carried out effectively, efficiently and meeting deadlines.
• Preparing job allocation planning and manage the capacity of staff force.
• Review audit files.
• Review audit planning and identify potential problem areas for audit.
• Monitor working procedures and ensure that audit jobs are carried out in accordance with the firm\xe2\x80\x99s standards, policies and guidelines.
• Provide training, guidance and mentoring team members on their personal growth and career progression.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a recognized degree in Accounting or equivalent and/or

Professional Qualification such as MICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia/CIMA

• Member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in the related field, with 3 \xe2\x80\x93 4 years in supervisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• High technical ability and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good planning and organizing skills and the ability to multitask
• Proactive, innovative and self-driven
• Entrepreneurially driven with the ability to establish excellent clients and staff relations
• Strong sense of integrity and good working attitude

Salary range: RM5,800 \xe2\x80\x93 RM8,500 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM5,800.00 - RM8,500.00 per month Schedule:

• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Penang Hill: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
