• Possess a Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accountancy or relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, PA, MICPA, CIMA.
• Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants
• Minimum of at least 2 to 3 years in audit supervisory role
• Strong leadership, team management and technical skills
• Able to multi tasks and work with all type of individuals
• Fluent in Mandarin (to deal with Mandarin speaking clients) and English

Responsibilities

• Prepare job allocations, plan and manage staff force
• Review audit files
• Provide staff training and mentor team members
• Manage audit engagements and ensure they are carried out in accordance with the firm\'s policies and professional standards and meeting deadlines
• Performing complex audit and special assignment
• Remaining up to date with developments in the relevant legislation and the field in general
• Maintain positive and long term relationship with clients
