Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the planning and execution of audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio across various sectors. Formulate audit strategies and procedures customized to the specific risks and business needs of a diverse client base. Guide and train junior colleagues, reviewing their work performance and providing constructive criticism. Review internal control systems to determine potential risks and recommend essential enhancements. Confirm the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and all supporting audit documentation. Manage client communication by serving as the primary liaison and fostering strong professional relationships. Ensure compliance with all relevant auditing and accounting standards, including IFRS. Assist with proposal preparation and the identification of new business opportunities. Maintain current knowledge of changes in auditing regulations and accounting standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of external audit experience, preferably in a public accounting firm. In-depth knowledge of auditing standards and procedures. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
