Job Responsibilities; -Monitor and oversee the auditing process from start to finish. -Ensure there absolutely no discrepancies in the data or figures. -Ensure the standards of quality and accuracy are maintained in audits and other financial reporting. -Delegate and assist to teach and monitor junior and members of the audit team. -Developing strategies for junior auditors to improve their work output. -Reviewing the work of audit members for finalisation before Partner\'s final review. -Meeting with management and stakeholders to discuss audit findings and outcomes. -Submitting audit reports in a timely manner while meeting deadlines and timelines. -Using the data perform risk and control assessments. -Ensure all audits work in a time bound manner. -Submit all audits and reports to the auditing manager. -Use best practices to conduct high quality audits. -Use the data collected to propose strategies to improve efficiency and compliance. -Works with the company policy and rules. -Remaining up to date with developments in relevant legislation and the field in general. -Reporting auditing issues and assisting in resolving them. Requirements; -Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance or relevant subject. -Master\'s degree or professional certification like CPA, ICAEW, ACCA is preferred. -Prior experience as an auditor. -Strong knowledge of auditing practices and control practices. -Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in place. -Excellent aptitude for mathematics, problem solving and analysis. -Keen attention to detail and dependable. -Works with professionalism and integrity. -Excellent command over accounting software and MS Office. -Proficiency in using CCH ProFx System is an added advantage. -Local Employment
