Responsibilities and Duties



Managing assigned Supplier's accounts independently; Preparing month-end financial reports for online and offline business; Preparing data entry and posting of journal entries; Preparing accounts receivable, payable, and bank statement reconciliation; Reconcile balance sheet accounts; Preparation of banking transactions in Online Banking Platforms for clients; Data entries into

AutoCount

accounting system for clients; Lead/Assist in Projects undertaken by the Company; Assisting in Taxation Computations; Assist in day to day administration work

Requirements:



Fluent in Mandarin, Malay, and English Hardworking and responsible Punctuality Aged between 28 and 45 years old Able to communicate fluently Bachelor's degree in finance or accountancy.

Working Experience



Preferably those with more than 3-4 years of working experience in a similar field
