• Oversee and lead the development and support of authentication technologies.
• Ensure secure delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IAM solutions.
• Maintain and enhance technical systems, including Active Directory and related services.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges to optimize IAM performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends to ensure cutting-edge technology adoption.
• Document and share best practices for authentication solutions.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.

A successful Authentication Tech Lead should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven expertise in supporting and securing Identity and Access Management services.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering secure and efficient solutions.
