Job Description

Essential duties and Responsibilities:

1. To fabricate the highest quality of the product in accordance with customer specification and company standard.

2. To acquire higher level of manufacturing skills and coordinate manufacturing activities between machinist, supervisor and management.

3. To compile manufacturing data timely to ensure good analysis is carried out and effective actions are taken to always ensure efficient manufacturing activities.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. To co-ordinate and slove any technical problem within your knowledge in order to get the job done on time.

2. To analyse and work independently on techinical drawing, calculation, set-up, process, method, machine operations, tools and equipment.

3. To preprare daily, weekly, monthly manufacturing activities progress report on timely manner for superior/management.

4. To update information in GSS, such as line balancing, 29 loses, RMA, W/O closing and etc

5. To propose technical improvement on fabrication process, method and speed to meet company requirement.

6. To have commitment to ensure estimate hours and lead time of manufaturing activities are kept within the requirement.

7. Responsible for arranging and completing all assigned job on timely manner.

8. To analyse and investigate root cause and initiate corrective action for products that are rejected. Information pertaining to rejection need to be updated into GSS.

9. To control and ensure the highest quality of products are produced during during manufacturing process.

10. To ensure the working surrounding of machines and overall production floor are kept safe and clean at all times.

11. To ensure Work Instructions are strictly followed at all times.

12. Any other responsibilities assigned by Superior from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
