Job Description

:

Support the Automation Team in maintaining the quality of tool development and maintenance by following guidance from superiors. Modify and maintain RPA tools to automate data analysis and updates. Fix tools that encounter errors and follow superiors' instructions for improvement. Understand the client's expected workflows to develop sustainable tools that improve efficiency, rather than replicating processes without client verification. Escalate unclear or inconsistent information to superiors for client confirmation before implementation. Proactively suggest ideas and improvements to enhance team efficiency and workflow quality by sharing insights with both management and team members. Update tool-related documentation in accordance with superiors' guidance. Gain an understanding of operational processes to identify the purpose behind each task and provide ad-hoc support to the Operations Team when required. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Required Qualification:

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong interest in RPA Tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to understand and interpret client workflows accurately. Independent and proactive, with the ability to seek clarification when information is unclear. Responsible, fast learner, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Motivated to build a career in data automation, analysis, and process optimization.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
