Join Roche, where every voice matters. The Position You will be part of RSS Analytics and Automation - a global team with regional presence in Switzerland, India, Costa Rica, Hungary and Malaysia. Your Opportunity: Support the automation business partner of your region to prepare automation projects for development and ensure timely delivery Facilitate process improvement and automation use case identification in collaborating with process experts, business partners and other relevant stakeholders. Partner with stakeholders to identify repetitive process and system issues, collaborating with other teams to implement process and technical changes to close gaps Create relevant project documentation, such as process designs, requirements, status reports, as per project squad role requires. Work closely to Automation Developers and support design, deployment, test and operation phases. Help creating meaningful project and portfolio documentation, depicting ongoing projects and deployed solutions Who you are: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline is a plus. Lean SixSigma experience and related certifications are a plus Business Process Modeling certifications are a plus 2+ Years experience in Automation or Software Development projects is a must. Experience in a Global Business Service organization or to Regional/global projects is a plus You have business fluent English language skills Development opportunities: Roche is rich in learning resources.
