Job Description

We're seeking curious, tech-savvy final-year students or recent graduates for a 12-month internship (minimum 6-month commitment). You'll help design and deliver automation, AI, and internal tools that make real business processes faster, smarter, and more user-friendly without being confined to traditional coding roles.

What you'll do

1) Process Automation & Workflow Design

Spot manual, repetitive tasks and reimagine them as streamlined workflows. Build bots and scripts using platforms such as UiPath or Laiye. Partner with business stakeholders to map processes and propose intelligent, tech-enabled solutions.

2) Web & App Enablement

Shape usable interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js. Support backend services with Python, Java, or SQL. Test, debug, and iterate on internal tools to improve reliability and UX.

3) AI & Data Initiatives

Contribute to pilots that apply AI to real business use cases. Explore datasets, evaluate model outputs, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with data scientists on proofs of concept and experimental tech.

4) Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work within agile squads alongside developers, analysts, and project leads. Join stand-ups, sprint planning, and ideation sessions. Gain hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle--from discovery to delivery.

5) Learning, Exploration & Innovation

Track emerging trends in automation, AI, and modern engineering practices. Take part in workshops, internal tech talks, and mentorship. Experiment boldly, share ideas, and challenge assumptions.
