Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add an Automation Electrical Engineer located in Batu Kawan, Penang.

What a typical day looks like:

• Perform site surveys to identify and document existing customer equipment and processes requirement related with E&E portion
• Feasibility study, technical analysis even lab testing for customer product/process requirement related with E&E portion
• Controls and power system structure design
• LVD compliance and certification (CE or UL)
• E&E hardware selection and application design
• Connect and wiring design
• E&E system verification in whole development process with good abilities of troubleshooting
• Conduct and supervise integration and service by technicians and user engineers
• Support & collaborate whole system Commissioning, Qualification, de-bugging, training &service
• Create and maintain related E&E system documentation & drawing (loop & functional schematics, wiring schematics, technical/operational/maintenance manual)
• Coordinate project activities with other associates, outside vendors/contractors and customers.

The experience we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Automation Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation & industrial equipment controls system and hardware structure design
• Better to know Robotics programming: Yamaha, Fanuc, Epson, Kuka, Denso, Nachi, others
• PLC/IPC logic & programming, troubleshooting, and configuration with industry leading vendors (Beckhoff, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, etc\xe2\x80\x99\xe2\x80\xa6) be plus
• Serial & Bus Communication protocols: Ethernet/Profinet, RS232/422/485, Modbus, CAN Open, EtherCAT, Profibus, TCP/IP and others be plus
• Know DFMEA, PFMEA, DOE, CPK, GR&R, related assistance tools be plus
• Familiar related standard & system, like ISO9001, TS16949, EMS IPC-3 be plus
