• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience and skill in a industrial IoT or automation project management (manufacturing, production, or logistics)
• Understand the application of devices, equipment and systems that use electricity, electronics and electromagnetism
• Provide engineering support for advancing warehouse
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate dialogue among counterparts, vendors, and stakeholders
• Startup mindset with problem solving initiative
• Strong logical thinking and good solution orientation

Tanggungjawab

• Liaise with vendors for maintenance and repair of system operating components
• Regularly review the system with counterparts to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency
• Coordination of IT and inventory management
• Design and draft new automation systems/ solution for warehouse
• Test and review new automation systems
• Calculation and proposal for warehouse engineering, including setup and layout initiative
• Lead on warehouse automation project (electronic, robotic, mechanic, IoT, or AI)
• Leverage technology to troubleshoot and optimize processes
• Execution on automation projects for continuous improvement
• Assist Product Head in new warehouse setup
• Support Product Head with contract logistics
• Improve overall warehouse efficacy
