Penerangan Kerja
Kelayakan

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in OEM machine manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge in electrical circuit design, industry standards, simulations, and component selection.
• Experienced in developing electrical panels and control systems from concept to completion.
• Hands-on experience with PLC programming, preferably:

Beckhoff TwinCAT (Siemens or Allen-Bradley is an added advantage).

• Able to read and interpret electrical diagrams and process flow charts.
• Proficient in ePLAN P8.
• Good understanding of PLM and basic ERP functions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-driven, innovative, and a strong team player.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Tanggungjawab

• Design detailed electrical circuits and justify designs using engineering fundamentals and calculations.
• Select and size electrical components based on project requirements and documentation.
• Prepare accurate electrical diagrams and Bills of Materials (BOMs) within project timelines.
• Implement and maintain standardized control architecture and PLC platforms.
• Develop PLC programs, control systems, safety logic, and HMI interfaces according to specifications.
• Conduct machine startup, testing, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning on the production floor.
• Provide on-site installation and commissioning support when required.
• Update electrical diagrams in PLM and ensure manuals are revised post-FAT.
• Prepare installation guides for all pending electrical/automation work after FAT.
• Develop SOPs and work instructions for machine designs.
• Support Production on engineering issues and assist Service teams with customer troubleshooting.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a design database for future projects.
• Participate in cross-department process improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
