Job Description
POSITION TITLE : Equipment Engineer - Die Bonder / Al Bonder
Job responsibilities:
Able to create equipment benchmarking / technical strategy and technical roadmap as a central function
Provides Equipment technical solutions and breakthrough
Discuss new equipment projects with the different suppliers
Supports / Coordinate and consolidate equipment issues and resolution recommendation
Coordinate and consolidate equipment standardization
Able to provide equipment technical support & coordinate for all sites
Profile
Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years above experience in Die Attach / Al Bonder Equipment Engineering.
Good knowledge in Die Attach and Al Bonder equipment
Able to express ideas clearly both oral and written.
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Powerpoint/Excel/Word)
Solid experience on problem solving techniques and methodologies
Creative and assertive person
