Automation Integration Specialist
Job Description
o Plan, design, and execute machine upgrade projects from semi-automatic to fully automatic systems.
o Evaluate existing machinery performance and identify improvement opportunities through automation and process re-engineering.
o Collaborate with production, assembly, and packing teams to consolidate all manufacturing stages into a seamless one-floor production layout.
o Develop technical solutions to ensure smooth flow from part production to final assembly and packing.
o Provide hands-on technical support in mechanical design, system troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance planning.
o Guide the maintenance team on advanced automation systems, sensors, and control technologies.
o Manage automation-related projects including timeline, budget control, and coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
o Ensure project compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
o Conduct training sessions for local engineers and technicians to build internal capability in machine automation and integration.
o Document technical improvements and develop SOPs for long-term process sustainability.
Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum 10 year of hands-on experience Good problem-solving and analytical skills Able to work independently and provide technical guidance to team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,900.00 per month
