Job Description
As an Automation Software Tester Lead, you will lead the testing automation strategy to enhance product resilience, performance, security, and to validate new features. - Responsible for managing tactical QA project work such as test planning, test cycles, metrics, and test execution
- Define the entrance and exit requirements for all testing phases
- Development/Unit, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance/Load Testing, and Post-Production Testing
- Integrate automated test platforms into the development, build, and release workflows
- Provide coaching and leadership in QA best practices, standards, and methodologies to enable continuous improvement of our engineering capabilities
- Minimum 4 years' experience designing automated software testing for web, desktop, and mobile platforms
- 3+ years in leading and managing software QA engineering teams
- Experience providing senior-level technical guidance
