The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Assist senior technicians with the daily inspection, preventative maintenance, and servicing of the automated sorting machine. Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving minor mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime. Participate in the calibration and testing of key components such as sensors, conveyors, actuators, and PLC systems. Help maintain accurate maintenance logs and assist with the inventory management of critical spare parts.Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Certificate in Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related TVET field. Demonstrable hands-on experience with mechanical or electrical systems through coursework, projects, or previous practical training. Basic understanding of automation components like PLCs, sensors, motors, and pneumatic systems is highly advantageous. Ability to read basic electrical schematics or mechanical drawings. * Eager to learn, proactive, and a strong team player with a safety-first mindset.
