Work closely with the Automation Engineer in all automation activities and improvement projects.
Responsible for installation, setup, and maintenance of automation systems, robots, conveyors, and control panels.
Provide technical support to production by ensuring automation equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
Troubleshoot PLC, sensors, actuators, servo motors, and control systems to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with Moulding Technicians to optimize automation integration with moulding processes.
Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of automation systems according to schedule.
Assist in programming and adjusting parameters of PLC, HMI, and robot controllers.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase automation efficiency, cycle time, and process stability.
Document technical interventions, program changes, and equipment modifications.
Provide training and guidance to operators and technicians on safe use of automation systems.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, company safety rules, and 5S practices.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
