• Conduct Preventive and Reparative Maintenance duties on automated production machinery, equipment and fixtures.
• Conduct troubleshooting for automated production machinery, including PLC, robotic system, vision system, pneumatic system and Electro/Mechanical system.
• Perform equipment moves and setups.
• Assist Control engineer to perform equipment optimisation activities such as engineering studies, software coding testing / debugging / validation.
• Follow Dexcom\xe2\x80\x99s Safety and Lock Out/Tag out (LOTO) program.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Mechatronics or Electrical / Electronic engineering.
• 2-5 years automated production machinery hands-on support experience.
• Must be able to comprehend electrical / pneumatic circuit diagram.
• Must be familiar with various electrical / electronic components with its functionality.
• Must possess minimum entry level of PLC knowledge, Allen Bradley experience is a plus.
• Must possess robotic system operation and troubleshooting experience.
• Experiences in vision system is an added advantage.
