• Manages the implementation of functional standards and best practices while providing technical support to Chapter members.
• Collaborates with the CPO to execute the Hive's product vision and communicates the Technology vision and roadmap.
• Works to promote technology convergence and simplification within the chapter.
• Designs, develops, and maintains automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Partners with software developers, business analysts, and product owners to gather test requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Implements automated testing solutions for web, mobile, and desktop applications, covering functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Runs automated test suites, analyzes results, and reports defects to the development team.
• Integrates automated tests into the continuous integration and delivery pipeline for fast and reliable software releases.
• Monitors automated test execution, troubleshoots failures, and identifies and resolves root causes.
• Maintains test automation frameworks and infrastructure, including version control, test data management, and test environment setup.
• Participates in test code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings, offering input on testability, quality, and automation opportunities.
• Stays current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Key Requrirements :

• Minimum of 8 years experience in software testing
• Good knowledge in automation testing uisng test tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber Cypress
• Experience in any programming language for test scripting purpose
• API testing exposure using Postman
• Good in CI/CD practices
• Good Leadership in managing a team of testers
• Excellent communication skills in English
