Job Description
:Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Selenium, ensuring they are organized in a well-structured directory.
- Conduct comprehensive web testing and API testing using automation scripts.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and design detailed test plans and test cases.
- Execute and manage automated test cases and analyze test results to ensure high-quality software releases.
- Report and track defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards and practices are followed.
- Lead and mentor junior automation testers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automation testing with Python, Selenium, etc.
- Proficiency in performing web and API tests using automation scripts.
- Experience in testing hardware products.
- Experience with Robot Framework is a plus.
- Strong coding skills and experience leading an automation team is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
