AFTERSALES SERVICE ADMIN plays a key support role in the aftersales or customer service department. Work closely with service advisor and breakdown of the

typical responsibilities, required skills, and qualifications

for this role:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Backend claims & report submissions. Input service records, warranty claims, and parts usage into internal systems. Maintain accurate records of service history, job cards, invoices, and customer details. Prepare service reports, warranty claim documentation, and invoices. Ensure all documentation and processes comply with company policies or manufacturer requirements. Assist with monthly or quarterly reports for management or audits. Assist customers with service-related inquiries, complaints, or appointment scheduling. Maintain good customer relations and follow up on service satisfaction. Manage service bookings and ensure proper assignment to technicians or service advisors. Coordinate with the workshop or service team for job planning.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
