Key Responsibilities (Job Scope):

Installation & Replacement:

Professionally remove old batteries and install new ones for various types of vehicles (Sedans, SUVs, MPVs, etc.) using proper tools (spanners, sockets, memory savers).

System Testing:

Use battery testers and multimeters to check battery health and alternator charging status to ensure the problem is correctly identified.

Mobile Service:

Ride a company motorcycle or drive a car to customer locations to provide roadside battery replacement services.

Tool Maintenance:

Ensure all tools (spanners, jump starters, testers) are well-maintained and not lost.

Customer Service:

Explain battery warranty terms to customers clearly and provide friendly service.

Inventory Handling:

Assist in stock counting and ensure old/scrap batteries are stored safely for recycling

Requirements:

1. Education & Experience:

Minimum

SPM

qualification.

Fresh graduates

are welcome to apply; on-the-job training will be provided. Prior experience in a workshop or automotive line is a huge plus*.

2. Technical Skills (Hands-on):

Mechanical Aptitude:

Must be comfortable using hand tools (spanners, wrenches) and handling mechanical parts.

Physical Strength:

Able to lift and carry car batteries (10kg - 20kg) manually.

3. Licensing & Mobility:

Mandatory:

Must possess valid

Class B2 (Motorcycle)

AND

Class D (Car)

driving licenses. Able to use navigation apps (Waze/Google Maps) proficiently to reach customer locations quickly.

4. Personal Attributes (Added Suggestions):

Problem Solver:

Able to remain calm and think of solutions when facing installation challenges (e.g., tight spaces, rusty bolts).

Honest & Responsible:

Handles cash/payments from customers with integrity.

Willing to Learn:

Eager to learn about different battery specifications (DIN, JIS, EFB, AGM).

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
