Requirements

• At least MLVK Level 3 Certified in Automotive or Certificate in related Automotive course.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Prior experience in EV vehicle servicing preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform periodic maintenance services and conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections. Report findings to Service Advisors to inform vehicle owners of recommended part replacements due to wear and tear.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of all repairs.
• Adhere strictly to all workplace safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure personal safety.
• Promptly notify supervisors to carry out post-repair inspections, ensuring the vehicle's safety and proper operation before delivery.
• Attend to field service calls as instructed.
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely job completion.
• Assist in processing warranty claims, insurance matters, and service campaigns.
