Responsibilities:

Keep equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, replacing filters, wheel balancing, replacing filters. Follow checklist to ensure all important parts are examined, including belts, hoses, steering systems, spark plugs, brake and fuel systems, wheel bearings, and other potentially troublesome areas. Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage. Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning and always used seat cover, steering cover and fender cover. Repairing job must be within time frame (promise time) indicated in job sheet and if delay should inform service advisor in advance for promise time revision with customer. Keep workshop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Keep each bay clean (5S) and an individual tools cabinet clean and tidy.

Other requirement:

1. Atleast Diploma or Sijil Kemahiran in any relevant education

2. Have driving license (B2, D)
