To perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs according to SOP, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety, and minimal comeback cases.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled maintenance (minor & major services) based on the job sheet.
Carry out troubleshooting and diagnostic work using OBD scanners and relevant tools.
Conduct repairs including brake, suspension, electrical, and basic engine repairs.
Replace worn parts and perform component alignment as required.
Perform final quality control (QC) checks before vehicle handover.
Record all repair findings, parts usage, and job status in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Maintain tools in good condition and ensure correct torque settings at all times.
Assist Foreman in complex diagnostics, repairs, and warranty-related jobs.
Uphold workplace organisation (5S), cleanliness, and safety standards in the workshop.
Follow SOP, service processes, and quality standards consistently.
Requirements
SPM / SKM Level 2 or 3 / Automotive Certificate or related qualification.
Basic knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
Able to work in a team and follow instructions effectively.
Physically fit, responsible, and safety-conscious.
Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply.
