JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is based in

Puchong

, Troubleshoot and diagnose the car with an issue Support Technicians with technical advice and offer assistance Assist in QC Follow, validate and complete work instructions provided on Repair Orders according to VW Standards Complete BAID with detailed information for all repairs (including Retail and Warranty) Create and provide Parts and Labour quotations for additional work which may be found during the course of repair. Create and transmit Vehicle Analysis Logs for every repair Create and attach Battery Check Sheets for every repair Ensure completeness of Service Maintenance Sheets, Warranty Inspection for every associated repair Ensure that repairs are completed according to the workshop manual. Maintain a high repair standard to ensure a one-time fix. Report in writing any repair or defect which may render a vehicle unsafe. Take appropriate precautions to ensure vehicles are not damaged while under repair Complete administration duties directly after completing a repair. Responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with a local legal requirement Any other duties as requested by the immediate superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in SKM/Diploma of automotive or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably specialized in Automotive or equivalent.
