Requirements

• Minimum level education SPM
• Good command (both spoken and written) in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in tinted services industry.
• Strong selling, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of tinted products, customer needs, and market trends.
• Able to work 6-Day a week, shift rotation, 9am to 7pm

Responsibilities

• Tint Installation - Provides tint installation services along with the most professional advice and training.
• Sales & Targets - Understand sales goals, assist in business planning, and achieve quarterly and annual targets.
• Marketing & Customer Engagement - Promote tinted services, apply sales strategies, use social selling tools, and train customers on product applications.
• Coordination & Planning - Manage time, resources, and budgets effectively while coordinating with internal teams.
• Account Management - Maintain customer and prospect records, provide sales support, and track market trends.
• Customer Relations - Build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and prospects.
• Continuous Learning - Improve sales, communication, and product knowledge regularly.
• Policy & Compliance - Adhere to company sales policies and ethical standards.
