Requirements

  • Master Degree or Degree or Diploma or DKM or DLKM in AUTOMOTIVE or related fields.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidate with VTO/ TVET-i and Induksi certificate will add more advantages
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Passionate in teaching.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Responsibilities

The lecturer / trainer will play an essential role in the implementation and delivery of our curriculum as well as teaching professionalism to our students in automotive training. He/She also will be responsible for working with managers, and other lecturers to analyze, assess, and improve our educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
To deliver the automotive theory and practical lessons punctually, professionally, and energetically.
  • To motivate the students and ensure the participations of students in the class.
  • To plan and prepare the class ahead, create and improvise the teaching materials strictly according to the learning outcomes.
  • To create and improvise the assessment materials strictly according to the learning outcomes.
  • To mark the assessment and key in the marks on time.
  • To report to the manager on the class and student progression, get feedback from the manager and improvise the class.
