Position: Aviation Admin Clerk

Tenure: 1 year contract (Renewable basis)

Working Location: KLIA, Sepang

Working Hour: Monday-Friday (8 am - 5 pm)

Salary: RM 2,200 - RM 2,500

Job descriptions

  • Admin clerk - supervise and manage all admin related work.
  • Drive aviation refueling vehicles when needed. (Optional)
  • Take leads in issuance of Purchase Requisition, Create Purchase Order from Out- line Agreement (OA) post SES for Payment and monitor implementation and closure Tax Invoices.
  • Performed the month-end Inventory and all related work. Post-delivery confirmation, review sales /stock in SAP, prepare documentation and Post slop write off.
  • Record and perform data entry into AVR /E FUELING system during daily closings.
  • Operations - Assist Aviation Service Assistant on administration matters (vacation/medical records), quality control, control of spares parts, maintenance of aviation equipment as per JIG requirements, implementation of SMS, QMS, Controls and aviation related trainings.
  • Assist in preparing/verifying mechanic overtimes, claims. Check all overtime claims prior to submission to Aviation Service Assistant for review.
  • Coordinate with contractors on the maintenance requirement and upkeep of all aviation vehicles to ensure that they are in always good condition. Issue request for service with proper approval and segregation of duties and acknowledgement of receipt. Record all maintenance activities in the file with proper filing and labelling. Extend weekly to Airport Manager for review.
  • Report all equipment failure and incidents occurred to Aviation Service Assistant/Airport Manager. Assist to investigate the cause of incident. Prepare the necessary documentation and arrange for repair of equipment involved.
  • Participate in organizing emergency response drills and be prepared to act as directed in case of real emergency.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma /technical college
  • Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English language (speaking and writing)
  • At least an experience in accounting / administrative operations with sound theoretical/practical knowledge
  • Computer literacy is required.
  • Full Driving License
  • Mechanical inclination preferred.
  • Minimum age of 25 years old at the start of this
