Job Details:

Position : Warehouse Admin

Working Hours : Monday - Friday : 7am to 4.30pm & Saturday :7 am to 12 pm

Company Industry : Aviation MRO

Working Location : Nearby to Subang Airport

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance)

Remuneration : Basic RM2,000 - RM2,500 (based on qualification & education) with statutory contribution + quarterly incentives + insurance & leave entitlement

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Min Qualification: Diploma in any field
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a warehouse or store
  • Must be familiar with warehouse/logistics processes.
  • Able to communicate well in English
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft word & excel applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, learn new skills quickly and share knowledge with colleagues
  • Passionate working in a Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Shop
  • Strong desire to work in a teaming environment
JOB TASK:
  • Manage the incoming and outgoing parts and documentation from the harness warehouse.
  • Manage and track the ordered parts from the buyer team for harness repairs to ensure they arrive in a timely manner. Ensure to update the IOU parts tracker on a regular basis.
  • Manage the parts kitting and ensure the parts are distributed accordingly to the respective engines/harnesses. Ensure to segregate the harnesses ready for repair against those with pending receipt of spares.
  • Manage the new parts stock counting process at receiving in the harness warehouse and manage the physical put away of the new parts into its respective bins.
  • Lead and manage the Physical Inventory (PI) process monthly or more frequently when required as necessary.
  • Ensure the Min/Max inventory for parts is always maintained according to production needs and updated regularly with a surge or decline in demand accordingly.
  • Ensure work area is clean and that harness warehouse parts are properly stored in a good condition and in the correct warehouse identified locations.
  • Ensure punctuality at place of work. Observe all safety precautions. - Perform work as assigned and in the manner as specified ensuring that all quality and safety requirements and practices are met.
  • Propose improvement to on day-to-day activities and process improvements.
