Manage OCBC Flex Plan, including liaison with the Outsourcing vendor to ensure the smooth running of OCBC Flex Plan and compliance to Outsourcing procedures,
Manage OCBC share plans covering Employee Share Purchase Plan, Deferred Share Plan and Employee Share Options Scheme.
Manage Group Insurance Plans, including liaison with the insurer on staff coverage, monitor their service level and payment of insurance premiums.
Process staff loans in accordance with Staff Loans Scheme within stipulated turnaround time.
Liaison with Business Services and Property Service Division on bungalow maintenance and caretaker affairs.
Manage Long Service Award, covering the order/distribution of gold medallions and dinner event management.
Manage other staff benefits eg Non-clerical uniform, club membership, bursary etc
Attend to staff enquiries on staff benefits
Assist on any ad-hoc projects/assignments.
Qualifications
Good command of English, both verbal and written.
Meticulous and detail oriented, with good administrative skills.
Fast learner with ability to understand policies and apply to different situations
Ability to work independently and with people of all levels.
Able to work under pressure with a strong analytical mind.
Ability to multi-task and set priorities simultaneously
Good command in MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point etc
Innovative, creative and energetic.
Constantly identifies ways to streamline and/or improve work efficiency
