Job Description


Responsibilities: * Develop and execute the marketing technology strategy for Wholesale Banking, aligning it with business goals and objectives.

  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, digital office, and IT teams to identify and implement martech solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Ensure seamless integration and data flow between different marketing platforms and systems.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing technology performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest martech trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for adoption.
  • Train and educate team members on martech platforms, ensuring their effective utilization and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to manage martech projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
  • Conduct regular audits of martech systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Monitor industry regulations and compliance requirements related to martech, ensuring adherence and mitigating risks.
  • Managing OCBC website and internal site - user journey enhancement, updates for Wholesale Banking.
